Sensations using sterile single-use needles and/or needle tools such as a needle wheel. Stimulation with special gloves/accessories with spikes (e.g. “spiky gloves”) can also be part of it. The appeal often lies in short, sharp pain impulses, control, and an intense body sensation. Important: hygiene (sterile single-use materials, disinfection) and clear limits.
