My personal realm – individual and intimate

Sessions take place in a specially furnished room in my home in Frankfurt. Not a big studio, but a personal retreat designed exactly the way I want it – individual and unique.

The control call is a short scheduled call within a monthly subscription. It is not meant as a full session, but for ongoing control and guidance in everyday life.

brief feedback on reliability, discipline, and development
structure and commitment between regular sessions

Control calls are meant for longer-term guidance and are only available as part of the monthly subscription.

Surprise call

The surprise call is a short spontaneous call at an unannounced time. This format is also not a full session, but part of a longer-term form of guidance.

It serves to integrate control, attention, and commitment into everyday life outside fixed appointments. Depending on the situation, it may involve a check-in, brief instructions, or new tasks. Surprise calls are available exclusively as part of the monthly subscription.
