How does it work?

You reserve or request an appointment,
we clarify the details and the payment method,
and at the agreed time the session takes place via WhatsApp or Telegram - either as a video call or as chat.

What information do you need from me?

Your preferences, limits, and experience,
as well as your preferred format and desired duration.
If you reserve directly, enter everything in the note or questionnaire.
The more precise your information, the better I can prepare the call.

My online offer

In addition to on-site sessions, I also offer online formats. I distinguish between video-call sessions, chat sessions, control calls, and surprise calls.

Video-call sessions and chat sessions are full online sessions with a fixed duration.

Control calls and surprise calls, by contrast, are short contacts within the context of longer-term guidance and serve primarily for control, structure, and direction in everyday life.

Control calls and surprise calls are available exclusively as part of a monthly subscription.

Formats at a Glance

• Video-call session - A full online session via video with a fixed duration.

Video-call session

The video-call session is a full online session via video. It takes place as a fixed appointment and is comparable in structure and character to a regular session, just online.

• Usually bookable for 30 or 60 minutes
• Longer appointments are possible if suitable time slots are available in the calendar
• Conducted via WhatsApp or Telegram
• My camera stays on during the session
• Student/trainee discounts and core-hours pricing apply just like for on-site sessions
• Payment is made in full before the appointment

Beforehand, I need some information from you: your desired format, the desired duration, your preferences, limits, and experience, and, if relevant, a short overview of available implements.

Chat session

The chat session is a full written online session. It takes place as a booked appointment with a fixed duration and runs entirely via text.

• Usually bookable for 30 or 60 minutes
• During the booked time I am continuously available for the session
• If this is not a hard limit for you, I may also require control pictures to verify that you are actually following my instructions
• Student/trainee discounts and core-hours pricing also apply
• Payment is made in full before the appointment

The focus is on my instructions, your implementation, and a clearly guided framework. Private conversations about me or my personal preferences are not part of the session.

Control call

The control call is a short scheduled call within a monthly subscription. It is not meant as a full session, but for ongoing control and guidance in everyday life.

This may involve, for example:

• reviewing tasks or instructions
• new instructions or areas of focus
• brief feedback on reliability, discipline, and development
• structure and commitment between regular sessions

Control calls are meant for longer-term guidance and are only available as part of the monthly subscription.

Surprise call

The surprise call is a short spontaneous call at an unannounced time. This format is also not a full session, but part of a longer-term form of guidance.

It serves to integrate control, attention, and commitment into everyday life outside fixed appointments. Depending on the situation, it may involve a check-in, brief instructions, or new tasks. Surprise calls are available exclusively as part of the monthly subscription.

Monthly Subscription

Control calls and surprise calls can only be booked as part of the monthly subscription.

• Payment at the first appointment of the month or online in advance
• The subscription can be ended monthly
• It is intended for longer-term guidance, control, and direction in everyday life

What kind of pictures can be expected?

If pictures are part of a chat session, they remain strictly within the scope you could also expect during a video-call session or an in-person session. More explicit nudity or strip content is not part of the offer.

• Online sessions only begin after confirmed payment
• For control calls and surprise calls, I call you, not the other way around
• No recording without explicit prior agreement
• If you do not want to show yourself on video, this must be discussed with me beforehand
