About Hypnosis

Hypnosis in my BDSM sessions is not a magic trick and not a loss of control. I use language, focus, breathing, and suggestion to guide you into a calm trance directed toward me. This can intensify surrender, obedience, body awareness, and role perception.

You remain responsive and keep your boundaries at all times. Everything happens within the prior agreement; safeword and consent remain valid in trance.

I have completed hypnosis training and am certified. My use of hypnosis in a BDSM context is not a therapeutic or medical service.

Hypnosis in a BDSM context

What hypnosis means in my sessions

Hypnosis is a natural state of deep relaxation and focused attention at the same time. In a BDSM session, I do not use it therapeutically, but as consciously guided mindplay between Mistress and sub.

The conscious, often very active mind can move a little into the background while your attention turns more strongly toward my voice, my guidance, and your inner experience. This can intensify submission, obedience, surrendering control, and physical sensations.

You do not become will-less. Hypnosis works through trust, willingness, and your active participation. Limits, taboos, and safewords are clarified beforehand and remain valid throughout the entire session.

Hypnosis is

  • Guided trance through language, focus, and suggestion
  • A state of concentrated attention
  • Active participation by the sub
  • A way to intensify surrender, role perception, and body awareness
  • A calm, clearly agreed part of the session

Hypnosis is not

  • No loss of control against your will
  • No unconsciousness and no sleep
  • No will-less state
  • No tool for bypassing taboos or boundaries
  • No substitute for medical or psychotherapeutic treatment

What hypnosis can feel like

Every sub experiences hypnosis differently. Some notice a pleasant heaviness or lightness in the body; others feel calm alertness, tingling, warmth, or a stronger awareness of individual sensations. Thoughts may slow down while your attention stays more strongly with my voice and the situation.

For many, it feels similar to the state shortly before falling asleep or shortly after waking up: relaxed, inward-focused, and still conscious. You can hear, respond, speak, and perceive what is happening.

There is no right or wrong. What matters is not whether you are “deep enough,” but whether you allow yourself to be guided and whether hypnosis meaningfully intensifies your session.

How I use hypnosis in a session

Hypnosis can be the main focus or be combined with other practices. The framework is clarified beforehand so the trance fits the session and does not work against your limits.

  1. 1Short conversation about experience, wishes, taboos, and safeword
  2. 2Calm induction through breathing, voice, focus, and clear guidance
  3. 3Trance phase with suggestions around obedience, surrender, control, or body awareness
  4. 4Combination with suitable practices only within the prior agreement
  5. 5Return from trance and short debrief
